Exchange & Return Policy

First: Custom-Made Items (Tailored to Client Measurements)

  • All items are tailored according to the client’s requested measurements.

  • Therefore, exchanges or returns are not allowed once the order has been processed based on the approved measurements.

  • Exchange, return, or alteration is only allowed if the item arrives with an error.

The following are considered errors:

  • Fabric defects.

  • Stains on the item.

  • Incorrect measurements (error made by the store).

Note:
Loose threads are not considered a manufacturing defect and can be carefully trimmed with scissors.

  • The client must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • After this period, we will not be able to accept any exchange, return, or alteration request.

  • If the client chooses alteration or exchange, a refund cannot be requested afterward.

 

Second: Free Size Items

  • Exchange or return is allowed within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • The item must be in its original condition and unused.

  • After the specified period, we will not accept any return requests.
